This page explains how Colours Dental Clinic processes personal data when you contact the clinic and use this website.
Personal data we process
When you send an enquiry through the contact form, we process the details you provide: full name, phone number, email address, selected service, message, and whether you asked to receive tips and updates.
The website may also process technical data needed for security, maintenance, and normal page loading. Your light or dark theme preference is stored locally in your browser through localStorage and is not sent to us by the website.
Please do not send sensitive medical information through the form unless it is necessary for your specific enquiry. If you provide it, we use it only to respond and arrange the dental care you requested.

Data may be accessible to the clinic team, hosting providers, email/SMTP services, technical support, and other processors when needed for website operation and communication. We do not sell personal data.
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to protect against automated misuse and spam. During this check, Cloudflare may process technical browser and request data according to the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond, arrange an appointment, and manage follow-up communication, usually up to 24 months, unless a legal obligation or the protection of rights requires a longer period. Theme data stored locally in your browser remains until you clear it.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to processing, request data portability, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You can exercise your rights by emailing hi@colours.bg.
If you believe the processing of your personal data breaches data protection rules, you can lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.
